Our challenge this week was to find an inspiration and use it to create. I had NO idea what to use and then just sat down at my stampin' station and there it was! My box of toothpicks! I used the toothpicks for last week's challenge to mix the crystal effects with the reinkers. This week, I'm using the box!
This box of toothpicks has been in my kitchen cupboard as long as I've been married. It's maybe even from Steve's single days before I entered the picture! There isn't any special technique here that's visible! I heavily relied on my Stamp-a-ma-jig to get the letters even close to being straight! I used the Short Order Alphabet, the ABC lower alphabet and the Three for You punch box for my stamping portion. I added brads and used the corner rounder on just one corner of each layer. Be sure to check out all of the challenge participants. Thanks for looking!
Lisa

LOL...I just love it when we can find inspiration from everyday objects. I love the design and colors, so I can see why it inspired you! Great job!
How flippin cute is that? You always get the neatest little packets of inspiration! Love it
Great inspiration piece and card--love it!
Now that is just plain FUN! - What a great way to find inspiration. If you could see my stamping desk right now you'd be inspired to create something totally chaotic!
Your card is wonderful and I love the colors, very refreshing.
That is just too funny about how old the toothpics are but WOW! What a great inspiration piece and how much they look alike!
That is fabulous. Love the card the colors just work so well together.
Great inspiration Lisa! Too stinking funny that you have such old toothpicks in your cupboard. Now that I think about it, mine are probably 5 or 6 years old too. Good thing they don't go bad!
I love the swoopy lines going across the card. Great job with the challenge!
