I actually designed this one for National card making day. I used the set Star-studded Season from the Holiday Mini catalog and the layout on page 43 of the Fall/Winter collection
To case and meet my sympathy card challenge: I used Close as a Memory stamp set (the best sympathy set made! and the same colors (Blue Bayou stamped on Naturals Ivory cardstock.)
