Blogger's Challenge #51: Color Challenge

Okay, I admit it...this was a challenge for me. I am truly missing a bit of my mojo...couldn't be too much summer, could it? We're off to celebrate my in-laws anniversary so maybe some time away will reenergize my mojo!

Our challenge was to use Turquoise, Pink and Green Galore. I chose Pixie Pink for my pink and Tempting Turquoise is our only turquoise so that's what I used. I stamped the image with Staz-on onto our AWESOME watercolor paper. Then, using my marker, I carefully added just a bit of color to each portion of the image. Then, used my Aquapainter to blend the color.

I think that the background could be considered color blocking but I just added cardstock til I thought that it looked right! Finished off with piercing a few accent holes and added some brads and white grosgrain ribbon!

Thanks for looking!
