Blogger's Challenge #45: Graduation

I am not afraid to share my age with you...I graduated from high school in 1989. I gave the salutatorian speech (don't be too impressed...I graduated with 23 in my class!!!) and thought we had the world in the palm of our hands. Life didn't turn out the exact way I thought but I am way happier this way! I surely didn't think at that time that the girl who almost failed art (yep, that's me! I got an F on the final project, though!) would be sharing art with you like this!!!

I knew graduations would be coming way too fast, so I began a few grad cards early! No special technique on this one but I think it's a great for a male grad!

Here's the recipe:
Stamp sets: Stamp of Authenticity, Great Grads
Cardstock/Ink Colors: Kraft, Very Vanilla, Really Rust, Chocolate Chip
Other: Aged Copper Hodgepodge Hardware, Stampin' Dimensionals

Thanks for looking!

What a super terrific card for a guy graduate! I really like your masculine colors as well. It's a great card...

Oh please honey...I graduated before you...don't ever try to hide your age...I've earned every wrinkle...lol Wow, only 23 in your class? I was just a nameless face in a sea of about 1000.

Wonderful card and I love the artistic feel to this card. Your art teacher would be proud. Great job on the challenge.
