Blogger's Challenge #55: BUGS!
I like bugs as long as they are not crawling on me! I especially like them when I get to stamp them! I had fun with this card but it literally took ALL day to make it! I started at 9:00 am and then would stop by my stamping area and add the next touch. It's now 7:00 pm CST and it's finished!
I started with the bugs, actually, and layered them with circle punches and finally the scallop punch. I tried the trio of bugs on a standard A-2 card, but they just didn't look right. I used a 6 1/2" by 3 1/4" card instead. The Xs and Os backround was inspired by the stamp "bugs and kisses". Notice the bottom layer of scallops? Yep, that's a new Stampin' Up Scallop punch which you will want!! Mine arrived today along with some other sneak peeks from the upcoming Fall/Winter catty!
Thanks for looking!
