Blogger's Challenge #56: Color Combo
I was so proud of myself and actually finished my card on Thursday, this week. Then, I began to check out what the other BC members were up to and they all had a pink on their card....ooops! I totally left out Regal Rose. So my color challenge includes: Really Rust, Sahara Sand, Mellow Moss and Blue Bayou. The background cardstock was originally vanilla but after sponging the other colors on it, there is no sign of Very Vanilla there anymore!
I decided to try and use all retiring sets and accessories. Even though we don't see the retiring accessory list until Monday (yep, the same day as my open house...hope you can make it!) we know what sets are retiring and that the current Hodgepodge Hardware sets will be retiring!
Recipe:
Sets: Weathered, Bud Basics, Much Appreciated
Other: Vanilla Embossing Powder, Heat Tool, Antique Brass Hodgepodge Hardware, Moss Gingham Ribbon, Crafter's Tool Kit, Sponges
Inks: Versamark, Really Rust, Sahara Sand, Certainly Celery, Blue Bayou.

Great card even if you did forget the Regal Rose (You could always remedy that by adding a smaller flower in Rose to the Sentiment area) - Love the White Embossed flowers and the Weathered BG in the Blue Bayou.
This is lovely Lisa! What a fantastic layout! Beautifully done! :D
Lisa, this is awesome! I love the Weathered background behind the flowers and the way you used the HH!
Very pretty!
This is stunning! You did a wonderful job....who cares if you forgot the regal rose! {SMILES}
Very pretty card, Lisa! I'm going to miss Bud Basics...sniff... The weathered background looks great behind the flowers.
I think it looks awesome (even without the Regal Rose). I am really going to miss demo-ing my Weathered background.
great card! i admit...I was tempted to leave off a color too!
So soft and pretty Lisa, even if you forgot the Regal Rose. I love your ribbon and hardware element.
This is so pretty, Lisa! I love how you used the Weathered background here.
Wonderful, I love the weathered background on this. I wanted to take out the Regal Rose so consider yourself lucky to have not known about it. You did a wonderful job with this card, I also love the way you did the ribbon.

Very pqretty!
Sorry about the typo!
