Well, I did change it a bit as I put my sentiment as the main image and added the butterfly where the sentiment was supposed to go. This is the fun part of a sketch challenge, you can make it your own or leave it as is!

Don't recognize the pattern across the back? It's part of the Lattice die cut for the Big Shot. I simply cut away the portion that I didn't want to use. I'm working on using it for another project in a different way! I love patterns!
The bling is from a Clear Rhinestone brad again. I just took it apart and used the bling portion as I did the other day.
